1. Of course, you should read the Rules
first.

About MDC
MDC is a dolling pageant devoted to fictional characters. It will consist
of three rounds (we're currently on Round 1)
which will be scored individually by a combination of judge's scores
and popular vote. The winner will be declared at the end of the pageant,
and will be the person with the highest cumulative score. Each round
will be announced at the end of the previous round. There will be no
eliminations.
